1. ENGINE OIL REPLACE
▪ Change engine oil at the vehicle manufacturer’s
recommended service interval that matches vehicle’s
operating conditions and driving habits
▪ Make sure to check the vehicle manual for the correct
viscocity
▪ Engine oils :- 20w, 40w.
2. AIR FILTER REPLACE
▪ Check the filter regularly to keep your bike breathing at
maximum efficiency by keeping the dust out.
▪ Change the filter every 12,000 to 15,000km. Or abut
ones a year. If we drive in a dusty area, it will need
replacement more often.
▪ Recommend having Air filter checked during every oil
change or as part of your normal maintaince schedule
& get is replaced.
3. WATER SERVICING
▪ Rince your bike thoroughly with cool water to remove
loose dirt.
▪ Clear it with a sponge or soft cloth using cool water.
▪ Clean the plastic parts using a cloth or sponge damped
with a solution of mild detergent and water
4. SPARK PLUG CHECK
▪ Engine has a rough idle. If your spark plugs are failing
your engine will sound rough and jittery running at idle.
▪ Trouble starting. Bike won’t start and you’re late for
work…Flat battery?
▪ Engine misfiring & Engine surging and high fuel
consumption
5. LUBRICATION AND GRIS
.
▪ Lubricants :- lubricants are substances that reduce
friction between moving parts, allowing them to move
more smoothly and efficiently. They typically come In
liquid from like oil.
▪ Gris :- is a semi-solid lubricant, often thicker than oil. It’s
used in areas where you want a more durable and long-
lasting lubrication, like bearings.
6. MAINTAIN PROPER TYRE PRESSURE
▪ Air pressure is help to distribute the weight of your
vehicle evenly across the tyre’s tread pattern, so that
the tyre – and the vehicle itself – is at its most stable
▪ It is decisive part of the safety of your bike, the comfort,
the lifespan of your tires and even your fuel efficiency.
7. CHECK THE BRAKE LINEAR
▪ Check the brake fluid is not properly circulated in the
brake linear.
▪ Check the squealing sounds & poor performance
&vibration & puddles on the driveway & pulling
&warning lights & loud metallic sounds
8. SUSPENTION CHECK
❖WHAT IS NEED OF SUSPENTION CHECK
▪ Do you feel your vehicle sway or is there excessive body
load.
▪ Does the front end of your vehicle dive down when you
brake
▪ Does it bounce excessively when you stop suddenly
▪ When you’re rough roads, do you feel your bike bounce
or slide.
9. FUEL PUMP
▪ Your motorcycle’s fuel pump is a crucial component of
the fuel tank.
▪ It has an electric motor and uses fuel lines to deliver fuel
at hegh pressure to the engine’s fuel injectors. The fuel
pump’s operation is controlled by the motorcycles ECU.
10. Wheel Alignment
▪ Maintain proper wheel alignment is essential to avoid
unnecessary wear on your tyres, steering, suspension
and brakes.
▪ Misalignment can decrease gas mileage by up to 10%,
