SPECIAL REQUIREMENT :
1. Late Delivery is just acceptable with your pre-alert to OOCL Logistics and with approval from OOCL Logistics. Cargo which is
delivered after CFS cut-off time should be paid the charge of Late Delivery at VND110,000/CBM or VND2,000 /PCS (hanging cargo )
with OOCL Logistics approval.
2. Cargo should be delivered to warehouse in good sorting and in good order by Purchase Order No. & Article. Sorting charge is
VND110,000/CBM if cargo is not delivered correctly. Please make sure the carton labels are facing toward door side.
Due to limited space at GLC, the shipment will not be received if more than 20 cartons are damaged (torn, wet, crushed…) or more
than 30% of packages are not sorting per PO/Style
3. Booking will not be acceptable to deliver to warehouse if vendor make own amendment without OOCL Logistics notice.
4. Any late S/I submission after the mentioned cut-off time will be bear USD100.00/set at least, and the related penalty (if any).
5. If cargo arrives warehouse after 17:00 PM, over time charge will be applied.

with SOLAS requirements.
2. We hereby DECLARE and CONFIRM that the Cargo Gross Weight* provided is verified and can
be used to compute the Verified Gross Mass. The Cargo Gross Weight is obtained using calibrated
and certified weighing equipment which meet the applicable accuracy standards and requirements
of the state.
3. We undertake to comply with SOLAS Chapter VI Regulation 2 and agree to indemnify and will
hold Consignee and OOCL Logistics harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, claims,
suits, actions, losses, penalties, associated costs and additional costs arising from non-compliance
with SOLAS requirements.
