1.1- LOGIN.
Click on User Login tab
1. After Clicking on the User Login Tab- Login, and New User Registration Page will open
2. User login with Mobile no. , User ID, and OTP
After login click on Licence Services Tab
After that click on - OBPAS (Beta Version)
1.2- HOME PAGE
1.3- LIST FILE/APPLICATION – Click on list file under the building plan list of application will
show which is assign to the login architect.
1.4- Architect accept file
- Click on Accept button to accept the file.
- After click on accept button architect accept window will open
- Enter Consultant Remarks and accept declaration and click on save button.
After accept the file Details of Building Plan Application will open.
Click on Edit button to edit the application details.
Architect need to fill the Site, Building Specifications, Material Specification, Documents Upload
and Consultant Declaration
1.5.1- SITE DETAILS – Select Plot No/ House No., after that some fields are auto filed
Block Number, Sector, Colony, Town, Plot Dimension (m), Plot Size (sq m), Latitude, and Longitude are auto filed after selecting
Plot No/ House No.
Enter other details
1.5.2- BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS – Plot Size is auto field need to select purchasable FAR is Yes or No.
1.5.3- MATERIAL SPECIFICATION- Enter Material Specification Details.
1.5.4- DOCUMENTS UPLOAD- Upload Documents and drawing.
1.5.5- CONSULTANT DECLARATION – Accept Architect Declaration and click on the Submit button Building plan application
will be sent for scrutiny check.
1.7- Detail View of Application
1. Click on Application no., open the Details of Building Plan Application.
Click on any tab to view details
1.7.1- Download the Scrutiny Report and drawing

Click on Data Uploaded by Scrutiny


1. Click on Data Uploaded by Scrutiny, show the Scrutiny Report, Uploaded Drawing and Drawing (PDF Format) tab
2. Click on download icon to download the data
