 Remaining land (~540 sqm): Used for driveways, small utility areas, and
minimal landscaping.

Ground Floor: Parking Layout


 Dimensions : 60m x 36m (2160 sqm).
 Features :
o Parking Capacity : Space for 20 cars (10 compact and 10 sedans).
 Parking bays: 2.5m x 5m each, arranged in two rows with a
central aisle.
o Entry/Exit Ramp : 6m wide ramp with a gentle slope (1:8 gradient) for
easy access.
