2) Year/Make/Model
a. Verify year/make/model is in software: YES | NO
i. If yes, proceed to step 3
ii. If no, create support ticket asking about support for this year/make/model
3) ECU Part Number
a. Verify ECU part number is in software: YES | NO
i. If yes proceed to step 4
ii. If no, create support ticket asking about this part number (include part number)
4) Key Transfer
a. If eligible, submit key transfer
b. If not eligible, explain keys can only be transferred between a maximum of 2 tuning shops and after that limit is
reached, a new key must be purchased at which time a new limit is established
5) TuneLock
a. If the ECU is TuneLocked and the previous tuner will not remove it or provide the password, advise a new key will
have to be used to reset the ECU and remove the lock which will also wipe out the current tune of the ECU.
6) Confirm items from the bike (O2 sensor, Pair valve, Exhaust servo motor, etcetera has not been removed)
7) Confirm the bike currently does not have any fault codes stored or pending
