It shall be noted that in case an applicant is found to have provided wrong information about the
possession/under possession of any home in an earlier CIDCO Scheme, then LOI shall be treated as
cancelled and all the amounts paid shall be forfeited.

Based on the documents submitted by you, a scrutiny process will be conducted. If you are found eligible
during the scrutiny, a confirmation letter will be sent to you regarding the payment of the confirmation fee,
which is equal to the booking amount. You are required to pay Rs. 75,000.00 towards the
confirmation amount within 15 days of receiving the confirmation letter. Failure to pay the
confirmation amount within the stipulated time will result in the cancellation of the LOI. In such cases, the
balance amount will be refunded after deducting administrative charges of ₹5,000 plus applicable GST.
The allotment letter will be issued only upon receipt of the confirmation fee. This allotment letter will
include details of all installment payments along with the schedule of payment due dates.

Please visit the FAQ section on the booking portal on our website www.cidcohomes.com for the online
application of Mortgage NOC process and its charges. This portal will be the single point of contact for all
your account related updates. In case you wish to apply for home loan then please visit the bank of your
choice empanelled by CIDCO.

In case you desire to cancel the booking, an amount mentioned in the table hereunder would be deducted,
and the balance amount payable shall be refunded to you without interest within 90 days from the date of
receipt of your letter requesting to cancel the said booking.

In the event of cancellation of booking of a flat, the Allottee shall cease to have any right, title, interest,
and/or claims of any nature whatsoever in the said flat, and the Corporation shall be entitled to deal with
the same in the manner it deems fit and proper. On cancellation after the issuance of the Allotment Letter,
all the taxes included in the consideration amount shall not be refunded to the Allottee by the Corporation.

Applicants under the EWS category are eligible for a ₹2.5 lakh subsidy under the PMAY scheme. Allottees
availing the PMAY subsidy are not eligible for the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) offered by any
bank. If any EWS-PMAY allottee is found to have availed benefits under the CLSS scheme, their allotment
letter will be cancelled, and the agreement shall not be executed.

You will be notified about the agreement process after the receipt of full and final payment towards the
allotted flat. To execute the agreement , you shall be required to visit our office with prior appointment
with all the original documents uploaded at the time of application.
