Q-32 Why are you not completing your degree here in Pakistan? / Why not opt
for studies in your own homeland?
Pakistan is a country where only certain professions are revered, while others are
mostly despised. This causes very serious problems like lack of discovery. From an
early age, students have their eyes on a number of professions that are highly
regarded by society without giving much thought to what they want to do
instead, the worst part is that students are admitted to university programs for
specific study. The idea of joining a certain degree program is just gibberish.
There is lack of cohesion in the system and it is more prone towards general
education which does not bring any skilled manpower to the market. Resulting
there is increasing unemployment. This situation may promote sense of
deprivation among the masses.
The objectives of education must be developed the psychological,
philosophical and sociological foundations of education. The present
educational curriculum of Pakistan does not meet these modern standards of
education and research.
During my decision tenure, I looked on the course structure and no doubt
universities are considered develop universities for this course. Thus, these
institutes are focused on grades rather than personality upbrings or practical
work. While my chosen program relies on problem solving skills, creative mind,
experimentations, new ideas and tactics but in a system of grading we have less
chance to be in touch with practical applications and high-tech labs for
experiments.
In addition to that I want to gain updated knowledge in this field and want to
have my highest degree from a reputed foreign university. Therefore, I decided
to take the journey of an international degree. So, by measuring all these factors,
I have decided to pursue my degree from a foreign university to achieve the
goals that I have fixed for myself.

Q-33 How much salaries are being offered for the job roles in Pakistan?
In Pakistan, these professions can have higher salaries and range can be from
160,000 to over 200,000 as starting salary.
How you know this:
From many job finder websites, like Rozee. pk or indeed.com salary levels are
posted.

Q-34 Has anyone helped you in the admission or visa process?

Yes, I had taken the help of a university representative Times Consultant for
admission-related matters. For the visa, I will do everything myself as it is an online
process.

Q-36 What are other countries that you might have considered while looking for
options? / What other countries had you considered while researching for
options?
Regarding other countries I had thought like about Italy, USA and Australia
however, there are some disadvantages I saw to opting for other options;

The United States was the first nation that sprang to mind, but after some
investigation and reading internet evaluations, I discovered that this nation is not
particularly friendly to international students and does not have particularly
secure university campuses. Additionally, US colleges favor hiring candidates
with high test scores above those with stellar academic histories. (Masters of
Computer Science – University of Texas).

I did not opt for Australia because Australian degree is not that much reputed in
Pakistan as UK is. Also, if I want to explore the country on weekdays it would not
be possible as Australian regions are far from each other. This is also the reason
for not opting for Australia because the country’s major cities are spread far
apart, making it difficult to leave my town for a day, or even a weekend trip.
(Masters of Information Technology and Systems-University of Tasmania)

The major reason I didn't pick Italy is that Italians surely speak the language and
would expect me to take it up while I'm there. Due to the fact that I don't know
Italian, I will first have a lot of difficulty comprehending what is happening.
People who work in restaurants, hostels, ticket booths, shopping centers, malls,
and bus or taxi stops are likely to speak Italian on a daily basis. (University of
Padua-Master in Computer Science )

Q-37 Does your father expect/wants you to return this money?

Well, my father has not asked me to return this invested money on my education
though I would still offer him as I know my father very well, but he would not
accept it.

Q-38 Will you be working in the UK?

No, I will not be working in the UK, as this is not my intention. I am just coming to
UK for the purpose of a highly recognized qualification. I just want to focus on
my studies.

Q-39 What are the working regulations in the UK?

For master program, a student will be allowed to work 20 hours per week during
studies.
And,
40 hours per week – on vacations.
