It is respectfully submitted by parties that this Honorable
Court may kindly be pleased to accord them permission to compound
the offences in the above mentioned crime and offence on the
consideration of the following grounds :-
GROUNDS
1. That both the parties are residing in the same vicinity.
2. That both the parties have compromised outside the court.
3. That both the parties have patched up and settled their
differences and have resolved their issues on intervention of
the respectable/Neckmards of locality.
4. That the accused have assured the complainant before
respectable/Neckmards that they are not involved in the above
captioned offence, if in future any evidence against the present
accused is surfaced, the complainant shall be at liberty to initiate
proceedings against the accused.
5. That, the accused have further assured the complainant before
respectable/Neckmards that accused by no means direct or
indirect, will interfere in the business matters of the
Complainant.
6. That there is no ill will against both the parties.
7. That the compromise will promote cordial relationship between
the parties and they will reside in the vicinity peacefully,
tranquility and amicably.
8. That the Honorable court may be pleased to accord them
permission to compound the offence.

which they have been charged, on the consideration of the following

I, Sheeraz Ahmed S/o Muhabbat Khan, Muslim, Adult, R/o Karachi, do
hereby state on Oath as under:
1. That I am deponent of this affidavit as well as complainant in the
above titled case, hence fully conversant with the facts of the
case and competent to swear this affidavit.
2. That the accompanying compromise applications U/s 345 (2) and
345 (6) Cr.P.C have been drafted under my specific instructions,
therefore, the contents thereof may be read as part and parcel of
this affidavit for the sake of brevity.
3. That I say that I do not have any objection if this Hon’ble Court
acquit the accused person in the above said case, in the best
interest of justice.
4. That I have pardoned / excused the accused and received no
compensation, therefore, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to
release the accused person subject to non-interference of
accused in the business matters of the complainant and that if
any evidence against present accused is surfaced in future, the
complainant will initiate the proceedings against the present
accused.
That whatever stated above is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
