ii) Memo no. 18-SE(EE/PTT|.T/11 Dt. 09.01.2015 of the School Education Department

Sir/ Madam,
Kindly find enclosed herewith the order as mentioned in the reference memo of the School Education
Department, Govt. of West Bengal,

ln this connection, he/she is requested to go through the same for its strict compliance regarding duties, attendance
and allotted periods of Para Teachers, appointed at the different category of schools.

ln this regard, it is to be followed that out of six (6) working days, Para Teachers will attend School five (5) days of a
week and one (1)working day, when the Para Teachers are not attending schools, they willwork for Child Tracking
in compliance with the above mentioned order i.e under no circumstances Child Tracking by the Para Teacher will be
neglected.

Strict implementation of the order is earnestly solicited.
