LIMITATION ACT 1965

in 1918 – after attaining the age of majority. In 1934 she adopted another son, to
her husband – in 1935, second son adopted filed a suit to set aside the alienations
made by his adopted mother. The defendants contended that the prior adopted
son – had attained majority long prior to the alienation - & he had the right to
challenge the alienations and as against him the period of limitation had
commenced to run, and the plaintiff, therefore court not acquire a fresh cause, -
validity of the contentions?
