amount varies as per different services opted by the Client. The mode of payment shall be cash/bank
transfer/online payment or any other mode of payment as per the Company standards.
2. Performance of Services
The Company agrees to provide the necessary services to the Client. The Company further agrees to perform
the services in a timely manner and as per the Client's requirements. The Client agrees to provide the necessary
information that is required by the Company to render the services.
3. Confidentiality
The Client shall share information including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential
information to the Company in order to complete the project. The Company shall not disclose any such shared
information which is confidential in nature, at any time to third parties or for personal benefit.
4. Representations and Warranty
The Company represents and warrants to have a right to perform the services. The Company agrees and further
represents that the Company's work is not owned by anyone else without the Company's knowledge. In the
event the Company does not have any rights, the Company shall repay the damages associated with the
project.
The Client represents and warrants to have a right to use information including trade secrets, trademarks, logos,
the content of the website. In the event the Client does not have any rights, the Client shall pay the necessary
damages associated with the project.
