Herein after the TENANT of the other part(which term shall mean and
include their legal hiers, representatives, administrators, successors and assigns)
witnesseth as follows:

Where the [Link], is the absolute owner of the schedule


premises situated at #old No 3/1,New no 8,5th cross,sathyamurthy Road,
Ramaswamypalya,Kamannahalli main road,bangalore 560033 and the tenant
approached the owner to let the said premises on rental basis under the
following term conditions.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:

1. The duration of this rental agreement shall be fixed for a period of


eleven(11) months only commencing from 2-10-2024.
2. Tenant agree to pay a lease amount of 1050000 (Ten Lakh fifty thousand
only) as security deposit or equivalent monthly rent Rs, 15000/- (rupees
fifteen thousand only) along with 3 months advance of Rs 50000 as
deposit to the owner regularly on or before 2th day every month.
3. The tenant shall not sub-let the schedule premises to any one
whomsoever.
4. The said amount shall not bear any interest and the same will be refunded
by the owner to the tenant at the time of vacating the schedule premises.
5. Tenant agrees to use the schedule premises for residential purpose only.
6. The tenant shall pay separate electricity charges and water charges every
month without fail.
7. Both the parties shall give 15 days advance notice to each other before
vacating the schedule premises.
8. The tenant not to effect any additions or alternations in the premises.

SCHEDULE

All that piece and parcel of House No: #old No 3/1,New no 8,5thcross,
sathyamurthy Road,Ramaswamypalya,Kamannahalli main road, bangalore
560033 consisting of (Second Floor) One Hall, Two Bed Room, One Kitchen,
Two Bathroom/toilet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE OWNER and the TENANT have set their
hands on the day, month and year first above written.
