"Good morning/afternoon, my name is Katherine and I will be your Spanish interpreter,


ID number 700583. I will interpret everything you say and keep it confidential. How may I
assist you today?"

OPENING 911 (USED FOR 911 CALLS ONLY)

"Hello, my name is Katherine and I will be your spanish interpreter, ID 700583 number is
. Please, go ahead."

Opening Statement with the LEP:


Which in Spanish could be:
—- "Buenos días/tardes, seré su intérprete de inglés. Interpretaré todo lo que diga
y lo mantendré confidencial. Por favor, hable en frases cortas ¿Me permite
continuar?"

Closing statement at the end of every call:

HOLD:
