I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to reach out following our recent discussion about Omar’s
request to expand the tablet rollout to all dining sections instead of just the bar area.

I understand Omar’s desire to move quickly to meet growth goals, but I have concerns about
expanding the rollout right now. Limiting the rollout to the bar area was a considered choice to
minimize risk. It allows us to test the tablets in a smaller, controlled environment where we
can address training issues and operational challenges without impacting the entire
restaurant. Expanding too quickly could overwhelm both the kitchen and front-of-house staff,
leading to potential drops in service quality and employee morale.

Your experience managing the Downtown location gives you a unique and valuable
perspective, You worked hard to build a strong team and maintain high levels of customer
satisfaction, and I believe that your voice will carry weight during our negotiations. I’d like to
ask for your support in convincing Omar and Deanna to stick with the original plan. Together,
