I, NIRWAIL SINGH, a Citizen of Canada, residing of 39 Sheilagh Ball Cove,


Winnipeg MB R3W 0P2 CANADA, do solemnly declare that:
1. I am residing at the above mentioned address along with my wife Rajwinder
Kaur and two daughters both citizen of Canada.
2. We are well settled in Canada. I am working with Winnipeg School Division,
1577 Wall St. East Winnipeg, MB Canada R3E 0P2. I have gross annual
Income of over 58,000 Dollars and family income over 90,000 Dollars.
3. I wish to invite my cousin MR. JASPAL SINGH (D.O.B. 04/10/1988, Passport
No. P7387937) for a Social / Family visit to witness the auspicious occasion of
the HOUSE OPENING CEREMONY OF OUR NEW HOME, located at 39
Sheilagh Ball Cove, Winnipeg MB R3W 0P2. The ceremony has been
scheduled for 9TH July 2022. We could not celebrate the house opening
earlier due to Covid pandemic situation. Now, there is a bit relaxation in the
pandemic conditions, therefore we wish to celebrate the house opening with
our close relatives and family friends.
4. The invitee is residing at VILLAGE-MAJARA, PO BHALLAN, TEHSIL
NANGAL, ROPAR PIN: 140126, PUNJAB, INDIA.
5. The main purpose of invitee’s visit is the social one to meet us and spend
some memorable time with, in addition to participate in the house opening
ceremony of our New home.
6. The invitee will be visiting for a period of one month and will never become
social burden in Canada.
7. We own a house and have the bank balance besides all other amenities at
home for his well being. He will be staying with us at our home. We also
undertake to be fully responsible for all food, lodging and other expenses
incurred by him during his visit to CANADA.
8. We also undertake to bear all expenses of his hospitalization and any other
ancillary expenses incurred there upon.
And we make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing it to be true and
knowing that it is of the same force and effect since it has been made under Oath.
