and Conciliation Act, 1996/Your Credit card Account

Madam/Sir,
Under instructions from and on behalf of our client M/s AU Small Finance Bank, having its
branch office at: 19/A, Dhuleshwar Garden, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302001, we
address you as under:
1. You had availed a credit card facility from our client vide credit card Account
No.A0001691031746162152.
2. As per the terms and conditions, expressly agreed upon, between you and our client, you
were bound to make regular instalments dues against the said credit card account along
with interest and other charges. You have, however, failed/avoided to adhere to the terms
of the payment and as on 28.02.2025, a sum of Rs.848027.56/- is due and payable by you,
to our client including other charges, which sum you have failed/avoided to pay, despite
numerous demands made by our client, in this regard.
3. Our client is therefore, in the process of initiating legal proceedings, for the recovery of the
aforementioned amount, as well as interest thereupon and other charges.
4. However, before initiating any legal action, our client intends to explore the possibility of
a Settlement, through the process of Conciliation and accordingly intends to refer the
dispute to Sh. Dinesh Kumar Jain (Advocate) OR [Link] Yadav (Advocate) OR
Sh. Ashok Kumar (Advocate) who would act as a Conciliator, for an amicable Settlement.
You can choose any one conciliator for your matter.
5. In Case you are also interested in settling the matter, amicably, by the process of
Conciliation, as aforementioned, you are called upon to attend the Conciliation Camp,
being organized at: G-2/13, Sector-15, Rohini, New Delhi-110089 on 19.04.2025 between
11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. If you are facing any inconvenience to appear before this
Conciliation Camp on the date fixed and time you may join the present proceedings through

6. In case, however, you fail/avoid coming forward for conciliation, on the said date, the
present invitation shall be deemed to have lapsed/rejected and in such event, our client shall
be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you for the recovery of its
dues at your risk, cost and consequence.
7. That due to default of the payment, your Cibil is under negative profile but if you settle the
matter in conciliation camp, our client will helping in improving your Cibil in the Cibil
Record. The present communication may also be treated as a final demand notice from our
client, towards the payment of its outstanding dues.
