Nowadays, more and more young people are suffering
from dangerous and costly health problems such as
obesity, diabetes, heart-related disease, and so on. To
maintain good health, I follow several practices.
Initially, I exercise regularly, because when doing this, I
feel relaxed and happier. Research suggests that 10-30
minutes of exercise can significantly improve your mood.
It also helps me improve brain function and sleep better.
Secondly, I always maintain a healthy diet. In my diet, I
will avoid starchy foods, fast foods, and soft drinks. I
ensure consume enough food for an energetic day.
Finally, I do sports a lot too. Every morning, I play
badminton at my school court, despite not being very
good at it. My family and I often go jogging on the
weekends, too.
In conclusion, there are many ways to stay healthy but the
above ones are the most popular and easiest to follow.
