A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UTILIZATION OF THE UNUTILIZED QUICK
RESPONSE FUND (QRF) FROM THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION
AND MANAGEMENT FUND (BDRRMF) FOR THE YEARS 2020 TO 2023 TO
SUPPORT DISASTER RISK REDUCTION ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (BDRRMF)
includes a Quick Response Fund (QRF) allocation to be used for disaster response
and recovery activities;
WHEREAS, the BDRRMC recognizes the need to utilize the unutilized QRF from the
years 2020 to 2023 to address the immediate needs of the community in times of
disaster;
WHEREAS, the BDRRMC has identified specific disaster risk reduction activities that
require funding from the unutilized QRF, including but not limited to pre-disaster
preparedness programs based on the BDRRMC Plan of Barangay San Juan Bautista,
Goa, Camarines Sur;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ramil C. Rita, duly seconded by Hon. Robert
John C. Padua, with the full concurrence of the members of the BDRRMC, be it:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the utilization of the unutilized
Quick Response Fund (QRF) from the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Fund (BDRRMF) for the years 2020 to 2023 to support the disaster risk
reduction activities:

THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX PESOS AND TWENTY-FIVE
CENTAVOS (₱30,726.25) FROM THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK
REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT (BDRRM) FUND
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the BDRRMC shall ensure the proper and transparent
utilization of the QRF in accordance with the guidelines set by the government;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the concerned
offices for their information and appropriate action.
