Course Description : Traditional forms of weaving, woodwork, and other crafts,
where they are done, how and by whom, and their artistic
purposes.

Course Learning Outcomes:


CLO 1 Identify major crafts in the locality that can be pursued into livelihood industries which
are intended to provide income to the student and to his/her family.
CLO 2 Develop learner’s competencies in making a livelihood purported to make learners
self-reliant and economically stable.
CLO 3 Cultivate value of showmanship and love of work among individual in the handicraft
industry that led to the solution to unemployment.
CLO 4 Enhance learners/student’s creativity in making indigenous crafts utilizing materials
found in the community/locality.
