Laboratory classes include the principles and methods, basic staining procedures, biochemical reactions of bacteria,
and serologic reactions. Meanwhile parasitology deals with the study of life cycle of parasites in relation to the
manifestation, control, and management of infestations. Students are introduced into the important vectors of
diseases and how they transmit pathogenic organism.
COURSE CREDIT: 3 units lecture and 1 unit lab 51 hours
PLACEMENT: First Year, Second Semester
PREREQUISITE: Anaphy 2
