strategies and procedures, and maintaining personnel records to
achieve strategic objectives. I supervise routine hiring processes,
conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. I also perform
onboarding of new employees and resolve employee issues to
cultivate a positive working environment.
Prior to Bookme.pk, I worked as a Recruitment Specialist & Social
Media Manager at Perks HR where I identified job requirements of
client organizations and matched the right fit candidates for multiple
positions. I also drafted adverts and posted jobs on social media
