KEY DAILY SPIRITUAL EXERCISES TO CARRYOUT THROUGHOUT LENT

 FASTING: 6-12noon or 6-3pm or 6-6pm. Choose one according to your ability and follow throughout Lent.
 PRAYER: ROSARY 5 decades daily or 20 decades, DIVINE MERCY (3pm or 3am), Stations of the Cross, Eucharistic Adoration
at least once a week, Personal prayer (Morning and evening), Midnight prayers every Fridays.
 SCRIPTURE: Daily Mass readings. Follow the daily reflections and teachings from Fr Nkengafah Francis of the Holy Spirit.
 Have at least an intention to pray daily during this great period of GRACE and BLESSINGS.
