• 10v10 with GKs in separate zone
• Vertical reference lines for wide channels
• When in ball possession players should occupy
wide areas
• When opponent has ball possession team gets
compact in the interior channel
• GKs are not pressed when in possession of ball

• 6 drops in between the 3 and 4 to create 3v2
• 7 and 11 look to move into the interior channel to
create numerical advantage in the midfield
• 2 and 5 can push up if possible
• Team building up tries to find the 9
• Team pressing tries to recover the ball and can go
score
