SIZE
Approximately size 7.5 cm/ 3” tall.
GAUGE
Stitch tight enough in order to reduce the gap of the fibre fill.

Materials
Acrylic yarn/Milk cotton yarn 3 ply, with colours variant according to the
(around 40% Milk Fiber, 60% Cotton) projects. Please feel free to substitute the
color.

• Little piece of Brown
Safety eyes Ø 6 mm, black
Accessories • Small Button, Ø 4 mm
Poly fibre-fills -
Crochet Hook • 2.25 mm or 3/0, feel free to adjust
with your own yarn.

All purpose glue -
These are the yarns that I used for this project, but you can always substitute them with any yarns you
have or with the colours you desire. Please note that different yarn sizes will result in different doll
size.
Technical Method & Tips
*Tips #1: Use milk cotton yarn/acrylic yarn for skin part to get the desired ‘fluffiness’ effect,
and use soft cotton yarn to do the other parts so it won’t come out hairy.
*Tips #2: You have to crochet the stitches tightly with smaller number of hook suggested for
the yarn to achieve smooth doll surface with small pores.
*Tips #3: Fill the doll with as much poly-fibre as you possibly can, in order to make the doll
firm.
How to decrease (invisible decrease) in round/circle:

Stuff the head with poly-fibre firmly.
R18: dec 6, sc (7) Cut the yarn and fasten off.
ARMS (x2 pieces):
In skin color:
R1: 5sc in magic ring (5)
R2-R4: sc 5 (5) (3 Rounds) Cut the yarn and leave a
tail to sew it to the body.
LEGS (x2 pieces) & BODY:
Start with skin color:
R1: 6sc in magic ring (6)
R2: sc 6 (6)
Change to light blue color:
R3: sc 6 (6)
On the first leg, cut the yarn and leave a short tail.
Be careful, do not cut the yarn of the second leg.
Make ch 2, and then join both legs by inserting
the hook in the next stitch, after the last stitch you
finished on the first leg.

Change to honey yellow:

Change to skin color:

R10: sc 20 (20) cut the yarn and leave a tail to

EARS (x2 pieces):
In skin color: Sew the body to the head with seamless
join technique (search in youtube tutorial
R1: 5sc in magic ring (5). Do not slip stitch, pull tight video), then sew the arms to the body.

the eyes. Eyes position is on 11th round of
the head with 8 stitches gap.
VEST:
In red color: Ears position is on 10th-12th round of the
head.
We will work in linear row:

Change to red color:
R11: (sc 6, inc) x 7 (56)
Change to honey yellow:
R12: sc 56 (56).
R13: ch 2, in Front Loop Only (FLO): hdc 55, sl st to the first stitch of R13 (56)
R14: ch 2, in both loops: (hdc 7, hdc inc) x 6, hdc 8, sl st to the first stitch of R14 (63)
Cut the yarn and make a clean fasten off.
(*notes: the chain 2 in the beginning of the round is counted as one stitch.)
FINISHING:
- Glue the hair to the head
piece by piece with the same
axis (pin the magic ring of the
head and hair together).
Add blush on the cheek with soft pastel/real
make-up (light orange color).
Emboider the mouth with a piece of black yarn.
Add a small button to the vest.
