BPO101 Activity3: Module3

Last time, we worked together in our respective business groups to provide a


general idea of which products or services they would be outsourcing. More
importantly, each business group also provided us with the reason why they would
be outsourcing those products and services
This time we will implement the lesson we have just covered.

 Each group should come up with an SOW and MSA for their respective chosen
business in Activity 2
NOTE:
The Statement/Scope of work (SOW) is a formal document that captures
and
defines the work activities, deliverables, and timeline a vendor must execute
to perform specified work for a client. The SOW usually includes detailed
requirements and pricing, with standard regulatory and governance terms
and conditions.
A Master Services Agreement (MSA) is a contract that contains generic
terms regarding the requirements and obligations of the contracting parties
which in this topic are the client and the service provider.
 Output will be written in a PowerPoint OR any media presentation
 Each group has 15-20 minutes to present
 Present your output on March 31, 2025, Monday, presentation will be during
your class schedule.
