POSTMORTEM FINDING:
The body of an adult male is fully developed and fairly nourished, with minimal facial hair. The body is
in the early stages of rigor mortis. There is no dried bloody discharge from the nasal passages,
mouth, or ears. No palpable deformities are noted on the face or skull. The conjunctiva is pale, and
the lips and nail beds show lividity. The neck appears symmetrical with no evidence of traumatic
injury. The external genitalia are those of a circumcised adult male, and no injuries are observed in
that region.
Upon examination of the chest, a single stab wound is identified, located in the left chest area. The
wound appears to be a penetrating injury consistent with a stabbing, with no signs of medical
intervention or treatment. The vertebral column is aligned along the midline, and there are no other
signs of trauma to the back or spine. Post-mortem lividity is observed on the back, consistent with the
victim's position at the time of death. The anus is clean, with no evidence of trauma. The overall
absence of any other external injuries supports the conclusion that the cause of death is a result of
the single stab wound to the chest. No other significant injuries or signs of medical intervention are
noted in the body.

HEAD AND NECK:

There are no external physical injuries of the head and neck region upon examination.

CHEST AND ABDOMEN:

A single stab wound is observed on the left side of the chest, consistent with a penetrating injury. No
point of exit is noted. The wound is deep and have involved damage to underlying structures, but no
additional external wounds are present in these areas.

EXTREMITIES: A single stab wound is present on the left side of the chest, measuring 4x15
centimeters. The wound is deep and has penetrated the heart, causing significant internal damage
and contributing to the cause of death. No other stab or incision wounds are noted. The rest of the
chest and abdomen show no additional traumatic injuries. The stab wound to the left chest is the sole
penetrating injury, and no other wounds are observed in the back or other areas.

Conclusion: The cause of death was severe blood loss due to a single stab wound, which
penetrated the heart. The injury resulted in significant damage to vital structures, leading to fatal
hemorrhage.
