Machine Code: M2303: Starter Relay Error Off


Information
Description:
A Code M2303 occurs when the Gateway Controller does not detect voltage for 3 seconds on the
T590H*DEA Starter, feedback wire 3560, when commanded. The Starter relay sends battery voltage to the
starter solenoid on wire 8200. The Starter sends a signal back to the Gateway Controller on wire
S/N: B3Z711086 3560 when the Starter solenoid is activated.
Manual Identification Possible Cause:
Document Library Relay output wire 8200 or Starter solenoid feedback wire 3560 open.
Model T590H*DEA Supply wire 1030 open.
Battery Cable to Starter open.
Starter relay.
Service Letters
Starter solenoid.
Service Codes Gateway Controller.
Moisture, corrosion, or pushed back pins in the Gateway Controller connectors, Starter Relay
