Personality Development
Preface
The primary objective of the vocational curriculum under the National Education Policy 2020,
introduced by the Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh, is to provide students with the
flexibility to
choose courses based on their interests. This allows them to select a course of their choice and gain
employment
in that field. Vocational education involves learning new skills and securing job opportunities.
Personality development is an essential vocational course that is crucial for students' holistic
development. It is
highly relevant in today's context, as personal and professional growth plays a key role in career
advancement.
Personality development helps students compete in an increasingly competitive job market.
This course aids students in discovering their true potential and improving themselves. With a
well-developed
personality, students gain a better understanding of situations and develop a broader perspective,
which helps them
progress in personal and professional life.
