ALL ELECTRICAL WORKS INCLUDED HEREIN SHALL BE CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS

OF THE LATEST EDITION OF THE PHILLIPINE ELECTRICAL CODE AND NATIONAL


BUILDING CODE, THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE LOCAL AUTHORITY
CONCERNED AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE UTILITY COMPANY.

1. SERVICE POWER SUPPLY SHALL BE 230 VOLTS, 1-PHASE, 60 HZ SYSTEM

2. WIRING METHOD SHALL BE DONE IN PVC FOR POWER, LIGHTING AND AUXILIARY
SYSTEM

3. MINIMUM SIZE OF BRANCH CIRCUIT WIRE SHALL BE 3.50 SQ. MM THW WIRES SHALL
BE INSULATED FOR 600 VOLTS AND SHALL BE COLOR CODED.

4. WHENEVER NECESSARY PULL BOX OF THE PROPER SIZE AND DIMENSIONS SHALL BE
PROVIDED ALTHOUGH NOT INDICATED IN THE PLANS.

5. ALL PANEL BOARDS SHALL BE BOLT ON TYPE AND PROVIDED WITH GROUNDING
TERMINAL STRIP GROUNDING SYSTEM SHALL BE CONNECTED TO A GROUNDING ROD
AND/OR TO THE NEAREST COLD WATER PIPE.

6. ALL PANEL BOARDS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH IDENTIFICATIONS AND LOAD


DIRECTORY.

7. ALL MATERIALS TO BE USED SHALL BE NEW AND APPROVED TYPE FOR THE
LOCATION AND PURPOSE FOR WHICH THEY ARE TO BE INSTALLED.

8. ALL ELECTRICAL WORKS HEREIN SHALL BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION
OF A DULY LICENSED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / MASTER ELECTRICIAN.
