AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

We, Emiliano Castañares (Deceased) succeeded by Eutropia


Castañares, Alberto Castañares, Adelita C. Pelandas (Deceased)
succeeded by Pompio Pelandas, Ismael R. Castañares (Deceased)
succeeded by Margie Castañares Maquilling, Vevencia C. Binag,
Alejandra C. Pael, Concepcion C. Gingging, Rosalita C. Bagood
(Deceased) succeeded by Florencio Bagood, Ellen C. Yang, Ignacio R.
Castañares Jr., Vicente R. Castañares, all of legal age, Filipino, and
residents Purok Avocado, Barangay Alba, Municipality of Tago, Surigao del
Sur, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
say:

1. That we are the heirs of the late Emilio Castañares, the owner of a
parcel of land situated at Purok Tambis, Barangay Alba, Municipality of Tago,
Surigao del Sur, identified as Portion of Lot No. 3215 and 3216, with
Original Certificate of Titles No. 9253 and (336) 233;

2. That for this purpose, we hereby WAIVE and RELINQUISH all our
rights, interest and all other transaction we have over the said land of our
late grandfather Emilio Castañares in favor of Alejandra C. Pael;

3. That we executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the


foregoing statements and to cause the immediate re-conveyance of said
land to Alejandra C. Pael.
