Rules for Poster Making and Presentation
Poster Making Rules:

Theme: Posters should align with the assigned topic related to software, technology, or
innovation.
Medium: Posters can be handmade or digitally designed (Specify if digital tools like
Canva, Photoshop, ete., are allowed).
Size: Standard A3 or A2 size (for physical posters).
Originality: No plagiarism or use of copyrighted images.
Content: Posters should be visually engaging and convey a clear message. Minimal text is
encouraged.
‘Submission Deadline: Posters must be submitted by 24" March 2025 before 1pm.
Judging Criteria: Creativity, relevance to the theme, clarity, and presentation.
Presentation Rules:

Presentation: 24/03/2025 at 2pm
Format: Presentation should be in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar formats.
