EVENT OVERVIEW:
• The Technical Paper Presenta�on is a pla�orm for students to showcase
their research, analy�cal skills, and innova�ve ideas through the
presenta�on of well-structured technical papers.
• The objec�ve is to effec�vely communicate complex technical
informa�on, demonstrate a deep understanding of the subject, and
engage in meaningful discussions with the judges and audience.
• Clarity, originality, and effec�ve presenta�on are key to success.
ELIGIBILITY:
• Open to students from all branches (Diploma, Engineering, MBA, MCA,
etc.).
• Individual Par�cipa�on.
• Each par�cipant must register before the deadline.
• Registra�on Fee: ₹100/- per individual
PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
• Papers must be original and free from plagiarism.
• Format: IEEE, Harvard
• Length: 6-18 pages (including references, tables, and figures).
• Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.
• Presenta�ons must be presented in PPT format.
• Papers should include:
i. Title
ii. Author(s) details (Name, Roll Number, branch) and Abstract (250-300
words)
iii. Introduc�on, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, References.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:
• Time limit: 5-8 (presenta�on) + 2 (Interac�on session) minutes.
• Slides: PowerPoint (5-9 slides).
• Presenta�on should include:
i. Title Slide
ii. Introduc�on & Problem Statement
iii. Research/Analysis
iv. Findings & Results
v. Conclusion & Future Scope
vi. References
• NOTE: Presenta�ons must be original and created by the par�cipants.
The use of AI-generated slides or automated presenta�on tools (e.g.,
Gamma, Tome, ChatGPT generated PPTs) is strictly prohibited. Any
viola�on will lead to disqualifica�on.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
• Par�cipants must adhere to the paper submission and presenta�on
guidelines.
• Presenta�ons must be delivered within the alloted �me.
• Par�cipants must be prepared to answer ques�ons from the judges and
audience.
• Par�cipants must maintain professional conduct.
• Par�cipants must provide original work.
• Any form of plagiarism will result in disqualifica�on.
• The use of AI generated content for the crea�on of the presenta�on is
prohibited.
JUDGING CRITERIA:
• Technical Content (40%): Originality, Methodology, Results
• Presenta�on Skills (20%): Clarity, Organiza�on, Delivery
• Q&A Session (10%): Understanding, Responsiveness
• Paper Quality (20%): Structure, Grammar, Cita�ons
• Overall adherence to the rules: 10%
PRIZES:
• First Prize: Medal with Cer�ficate.
• Second Prize: Medal with Cer�ficate.
• Par�cipa�on Cer�ficates will be awarded to all par�cipants.
