WORK CARRIED

During this internship, I engaged in various technical and non-technical activities, primarily
focused on understanding the key concepts of Web Development. I specifically worked on Frontend
Development for an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) website designed for a company's
employees. This ERP system aimed to streamline employee management, attendance tracking,
payroll processing, task assignments, and internal communications.

3.1. INTRODUCTION

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are crucial for organizations to manage their
operations efficiently. The goal of this project was to develop a web-based ERP system that helps
the company handle employee management, task tracking, and payroll processing in a seamless
manner. My role in this project involved designing and developing the frontend using modern web
technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.

3.2. PROBLEM STATEMENT AND OBJECTIVE

Problem Statement:
Companies often struggle with manual employee management processes, inefficient task tracking,
and disorganized payroll systems. The absence of a centralized system leads to delays,
miscommunication, and data inconsistencies.

Objective:
 To develop an interactive and user-friendly frontend for an ERP website.
 To provide real-time access to employee data, attendance records, and payroll details.
 To ensure a responsive and scalable UI that enhances the user experience.
