● Implemented a revamped onboarding process for the premium product, informed by comprehensive user interviews. Key
features were tailored to address industry-specific needs and foster both adoption and retention. This resulted in a significant
94% increase in retention rate within 6 months, from 18% to 35%.
● Spearheaded a team in implementing an expense management feature boosting DAU/MAU by 10% & new sales by 13% by
streamlining the manual account keeping, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
● Expanded the product portfolio and diversified revenue streams by leading the research and development of a US specific
app with the focus on PLG. Onboarded 11 users with 4 M3 retained in 6 months time. This project unlocked a new revenue
tier with a significantly higher annual value compared to the Indian base plan.
● Revamped notification architecture across platforms resulting in 56% CTR, 25% task completion in 2 weeks leading to an
increasing user engagement by 5%.
● Leading a 20+ members Activation POD, I defined scope, problem, hypothesis at every step of the funnel to increase
activation by 220% from 6% to 19% in 2 months.
● Created and executed a new workflow system for customer escalations, resulting in a 25% reduction in the number of
outstanding escalations within three months.
