Day 1
On the first day, they showed us around, and they taught us what we should do, and the staff
are so friendly. When we completed teaching, we did what we had been taught; we wiped
the tables and cleaned the bathroom. We were also taught how to respect customers and
treat them well.
Day 2
On the second day of immersion at To the right, we clean and i wiped the glass door, still a little
embarrassed about the staff who work there.
Day 3 linis
Today, we repeated the things we needed to complete and talked with our partner, who
would assign duties each day. Each work should be assigned to someone on every day.
Day 4
Today there were a lot of people because it was Feb 14, Valentine's Day, and at noon they
needed help to assist with the dine-in, and my companions went out first, so I slept alone,
served food, and met the needs of the customers
.
Day 5
We simply repeated our tasks of cleaning the surroundings and wiping the tables and
washing the dishes in the kitchen. After that, we were asked to assist the others in
taking inventory of the food needed in the commissary.
Day 6
We were doing our regular tasks this morning when we got called to the commissary to
get a food supply, which was enjoyable because the staff was very friendly.
Day 7
We just did it again, restocking the supply of alcohol and doing our usual tasks like
cleaning around, and now that we weren't embarrassed, we picked mangoes with Sir
Marky and ate mangoes with the rest of the employees.
Day 8
We just cleaned in the morning and served food to customers, which was enjoyable
when we were able to serve and the customers were friendly. This afternoon, we were
given instructions to repack the coffees.
Day 9
After we finished our morning tasks, such as serving, we would go to the commissary
and get some supplies; it was enjoyable.
Day 10
After cleaning up and serving customers in the morning, we stocked up at the
commissary, and because it was our last day there, we fed the staff as a gesture of
thankfulness.
