Good morning, everyone! It’s a great day to celebrate sportsmanship, camaraderie, and
teamwork as we officially open this year’s Intramurals.
Today, we gather not just as competitors but as one school community, ready to showcase our
talents, skills, and most importantly, our sportsmanship.
II. Prayer:
To start our program, may I invite everyone to stand for the Opening Prayer, to be led by Pauline
Aguinaldo from 11-Loyalty.

III. National Anthem/School Hymn:
Thank you, Pauline. Let us remain standing for the singing of the National Anthem and our
School Hymn to be conducted by Maxine Bautista from 11-Solidarity.

IV. Opening Remarks:
To officially welcome us to this exciting event, let us listen to the Opening Remarks from Ma’am
Agnes Sevilla our School OIC Principal.

V. Torch:
Ladies and gentlemen, teachers, and students, welcome to this exciting event! Today, we come
together not just for competition but to celebrate passion, perseverance, and teamwork.
The torch we are about to light is a symbol of knowledge, determination, and hope. It reminds us
to push our limits, give our best, and support one another.
As we light the torch, let it inspire us all to stay motivated, chase our dreams, and keep the spirit
of sportsmanship alive
But before that let me introduce to you the representative of each team
First, bringing strength and power, we have the MAROON URSA!
(While the muse and torch bearer are modeling their teams will be cheer them)
Coming in strong with their speed and agility, let’s welcome the YELLOW SABER CATS!
Taking flight with dominance, give it up for the BLACK EAGLES!
Ready to strike with precision, make way for the WHITE HORNETS!
Slithering their way to victory, let’s hear it for the VIOLET VIPERS!
Breathing fire and determination, here come the GREEN DRAGONS!
Fierce and unstoppable, let’s welcome the PINK PANTHERS!
Next, the fierce and fearless GRAY WOLVES!
Rising high with unstoppable energy, make some noise for the BLUE PHOENIX!
And last but definitely not least, the bold and mighty RED RAPTORS!
Now that we have met our incredible teams, it is time for one of the most significant moments of
our event the lighting of the torch. This flame marks the beginning of St. Mark Intramurals 2025
and symbolizes the passion, determination, and unity that shine within us all
Carrying this great symbol is someone who embodies dedication, sportsmanship, and excellence.
Let us all welcome our torch bearer, Reynaldo Rivera from 12-Virtue!

As Reynaldo lights the torch, may this flame remind us all to stay determined, give our best, and
uphold the true spirit of sportsmanship.
With this, we officially declare St. Mark Intramurals 2025 open! Let the games begin! May the

VI. Oath:
Now, to uphold the spirit of fairness and integrity in this competition, we shall proceed with the
Oath of Sportsmanship. Here’ Kurt Martin from 11-Loyalty to commence the Oat of
Amateurism.
OATH OF AMATEURISM
We, the athletes, representing the different teams participating in the Intramural’s 2024 in St.
Mark College of Baliwag, Bulacan, do hereby declare that we are amateurs and do pledge
ourselves to compete in the games in the spirit of true sportsmanship. So, help me God.

We, the officiating officials for the Intramurals 2024 in St. Mark College of Baliwag, Bulacan,
we do solemnly swear to perform our duties and responsibilities assigned to us to the best of our
abilities with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in the true spirit of fair play. So, help me
God.

VII. Rules and Guidelines:
Before we begin, it is important that all participants understand the rules and guidelines of the
games. We will now proceed with the Orientation and Reading of Guidelines, let’s quickly go
over some important rules to keep the game fair.
During Basketball game there are some Violations to avoid:
Traveling
Out of bounds
3-second violation
Backcourt violation
Shot clock violation
And some Fouls like:
Technical foul
Flagrant foul
Intentional foul
And last but not the least Penalties:
Two technical fouls = Ejection
Fouled player = Free throws
Fouled team = Ball possession
In Boardgames competition the general guidelines are:
1. Only touch your own pieces
2. Hands away from the board unless it is your turn
3. Wait patiently for your turn
4. Win Politely
5. Have fun playing
In playing Badminton there are some guidelines including the:
Players must avoid touching the net during play, as this results in a fault.
The game is played up to 31 points, with the first player/team to reach 31 winning the
match.
Players must switch courts when one side reaches 16 points.
For Poster Making each team should comply the following:
1. Arrive 20 minutes before the competition starts.
2. Each participant can submit only one poster.
3. Use a 1/8 illustration board and draw with a black pen, marker, or pencil.
4. Posters must be original and handmade using pencil, marker, or oil pastel.
5. The theme and message should be clear to the judges.
In playing Mobile Legends here are some things to remember:
ATTENDANCE: ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SHOW TO THE E-SPORT ORGANIZER
BEFORE THE EVENT START.
PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN DEVICES AND MOBILE DATA BEFORE
PARTICIPATING IN E-SPORT EVENT
RESPONSIBILITIES: PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK; ORGANIZER & SCHOOL WILL NOT
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS.
FAIRPLAY: MAINTAIN SPORTMANSHIP; NO CHEATING OR UNSPORTMANLIKE
BEHAVIOR, IF DOES; DISQUALIFIED.
PUNCTUALITY: ARRIVE ON TIME FOR MATCHES, LATE ARRIVAL MORE THAN FIVE
(5) MINUTES AFTER THE GAME MEANS "DEFAULT" OR LOSE. BE OBSERVER!
PLAYERS: MUST ONLY THE REGISTERED PROVIDED NAMES BY COACHES WILL BE
PARTICIPATE, NO SUBSTITUTE OR PROXY.
SPECTATORS: ALLOWED BUT MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH GAMEPLAY; AVOID
WATCHER ONLY. NOISY WILL BE OUT OF THE ROOM.
AWARD RESULT: PROMPT ANNOUNCEMENT RESULT AND CERTIFICATION
DISTRIBUTION.

anticipated events of our Intramurals—the Cheer Dance Competition! Each team
has dedicated time, effort, and passion to showcase their talent in dance, discipline,
and teamwork. So, let’s give them our full support with a big round of applause!

Wow! What an amazing showcase of talent and spirit! Let’s give a big round of
applause to our incredible cheer dancers for their hard work and energy.
