Employee Code of Conduct

Policy Brief & Purpose

This Employee Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior of employees towards
colleagues, supervisors, and the organization.

We encourage freedom of expression and open communication while expecting employees


to maintain professionalism, avoid conflicts, and contribute to a respectful, collaborative,
and organized work environment.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, regardless of their employment agreement or rank.

Policy Elements

Compliance with Laws

Employees must uphold the company’s legality by adhering to environmental, safety, and
fair dealing laws. Ethical and responsible conduct is required in all matters related to
company finances, products, partnerships, and public representation.

Respect in the Workplace

Employees must treat colleagues with respect. Discrimination, harassment, and bullying are
strictly prohibited.

Protection of Company Property

Employees are expected to care for both tangible and intangible company property. This
includes:

 Avoiding misuse or frivolous use of company equipment.


 Respecting intellectual property, such as trademarks and reports, and using them solely for

Professionalism

Employees must uphold professionalism by adhering to the following:

 Appearance: Follow the company’s dress code and grooming standards.


 Corruption: Decline gifts from clients or partners and refrain from offering or accepting
bribes.
 Job Duties and Authority: Complete tasks with integrity, respect stakeholders, and avoid
abusing authority. Managers should delegate responsibly, and team members must follow
instructions and complete tasks effectively.
 Attendance: Be punctual. Exceptions are allowed for valid reasons, but consistency is
expected.
 Conflict of Interest: Avoid personal or financial interests that may impact work performance
or judgment.
 Collaboration: Work cooperatively and avoid disrupting or hindering others.
 Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues and
supervisors.
 Benefits: Use employment benefits appropriately and responsibly.
 Policies: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all company policies.

Disciplinary Actions
