‘Dry’ is used to describe a skin type that produces less sebum than normal
skin. As a result of the lack of sebum, dry skin lacks the lipids that it needs
to retain moisture and build a protective shield against external influences.
Oily skin
‘Oily’ is used to describe a skin type with heightened sebum production. An
over production is known as seborrhea.
Combination skin
Combination skin is, as the name suggests, skin that consists of a mix of skin
types.

Causes of acne:-
Clogged hair follicles or pores cause acne. Your hair follicles are small tubes that hold a
strand of your hair. There are several glands that empty into your hair follicles. When too
much material is inside your hair follicle, a clog occurs. Your pores can clog with:
Sebum: An oily substance that provides a protective barrier for your skin.
Bacteria: Small amounts of bacteria naturally live on your skin. If you have too much
bacteria, it can clog your pores.
Dead skin cells: Your skin cells shed often to make room for more cells to grow. When your
skin releases dead skin cells, they can get stuck in your hair follicles.
Remedies:-
Avoid junk food
Don’tscrub

circles, whereas proper sleep cycles, along with a healthy lifestyle, can
decrease discoloration. Keep a consistent sleep schedule, and aim for at
least 8 hours of sleep every day.
Protection from sun exposure:
Protecting the eyes with UV proof sunglasses, and the use of sunscreen
around the eyes helps prevent dark circles that are caused due to sun
exposure. Look for sunscreen with an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of 30+,
and UV protected glasses .
Cutting down on smoking and alcohol:
Drinking alcohol and smoking can lead to premature aging signs like
wrinkles and grey hair, and increases the appearance of dark circles, faster.
Cutting down on alcohol will also reduce the puffy and bloated appearance

The white flakes from dandruff may end up on your forehead, show up in your
hair, or appear on your clothing. While it can be a source of some embarrassment,
there are typically no significant health impacts tied directly to dandruff. However,
some of the symptoms of dandruff are also present in other scalp conditions like:
Scalp Psoriasis — Scalp psoriasis is a chronic (long-lasting) skin condition that
causes people to experience flaking, inflammation, and redness of the scalp. It’s a
result of a malfunction in the immune system that causes the skin to produce too
many cells, leading to a faster turnover.
Eczema — People with eczema of the scalp typically experience a red, itchy scaly
rash that produces flakes similar to dandruff. The leading cause is a variation in a
person’s genes that inhibits the skin’s ability to protect against bacteria, allergens,
and other irritants affecting the skin.

First Impression
One of the main reasons professionalism is important for job candidates is that the
first impression the hiring manager has of you affects the interview. If you dress
professionally and present yourself well, he is more likely to see you as competent and
capable of doing the job. Some interviewers may rule you out automatically if you
arrive late, have visible tattoos or fail to show basic workplace etiquette during your
initial encounter.
Convey Self-Confidence
Walking with good posture, greeting people with a friendly smile, saying thank you to
the hiring manager and other basic traits of professionalism demonstrates confidence.
Someone who acts professionally typically believes he has a right to be at the
interview and deserves the job. When you are prepared and professional in your
attitude and actions, you also feel more comfortable during the interview. When you
don’t stress over professional faux pas, you can more easily focus on answering
questions naturally and comfortably.
