Elaborating work steps
SEO (and most forms of Internet marketing) is a process that, with patience and strategy, will
promise new traffic, leads, clients, revenue, and growth.
To understand the Process, I made a plan with a strategic approach.
There are 2 phases of SEO. On-page SEO & Off-page SEO...
On-page SEO: It refers to everything we do within your website, such as Meta title, Meta
description, content optimization, image alt tags optimization, keyword optimization, internal
linking, etc. Overall, the on-page technique means structuring or building your website to be
search engine-friendly.
● Keyword Research: keyword research helps to uncover which keywords are most
valuable to you. If people can't find you when they're looking for a service or product you
offer, then they can't buy from you. It's that simple. So, Keyword research remains
instrumental.
● Audit your website: SEO always begins with a technical audit. A technical audit
examines every site element that can impact your SEO performance.
● Audit your competitor's website: Audit with competitor analysis is meaningful. It gives
us a view of where your website stands compared to them.
● Technical SEO: When it comes to technical SEO, there's a lot to think about, including:
Index Status
Crawl errors
Internal links
Sitemaps
Redirects
Broken links
HTTPS, etc…
Off-page SEO: Off-page SEO will help make your website popular online by boosting website
content & targeted keywords. So you can get more visibility. With the on-page techniques, we
can get visibility in search engines. But only off-page SEO techniques will help improve your
website position in SERP.
Off-Page Activities:
● Social Bookmarking
● Local Listing/business listing
● Article Submission
● Image Sharing
● Blog Post
● Social Profiling
● Search Engine Submission
● Forum submission
● Document Sharing
Note: I need Your approval to finalize keyword research & on-page SEO to implement
after my Keyword Research Report & on-page Recommendation Report.
SEO can be a deceptively long process.
People unaware of Google guidelines feel access is right there for the taking – just a few magical
tricks away.
They picture their website ranking at the top of Google for even the most competitive keywords
in highly competitive industries.
But they're a long way away from realizing their goal.
Why?
Because SEO is not magic; it's a process to give a website organic growth & more is needed to
market your business online. Hope you understand.
SEO results take 5 to 6 months to start seeing results. That's generally accurate, but bear in mind
… SEO results grow over time.
Sir, SEO is an ongoing work process & results take time & need regular maintenance because the
Google algorithm is regularly updated.
The only constant in the world of SEO is change. Google is reportedly changing its search
algorithm around 500 to 600 times yearly. While most of these updates are small and often need
to be picked up by users and SEO, Google releases major updates occasionally.
Guarantee is not possible because Google time to time update, its algorithm. That's why
SEO is a regular & ongoing work process.
You may see organic ranking improvements and increased keyword-related topic traffic with
little competition in just a few weeks. On the other hand, moderately competitive cases might
take months, while highly competitive phrases could even take one year or more!

Sharing few successes in terms of traffic, ranking & backlinks.
SEO stands for search engine optimization, the art of ranking high on a search engine in the
unpaid section, also known as the organic listings. It is optimizing the Process of your online
content so that a search engine likes to show it as a top result for searches of a specific keyword.
Most online experiences begin with a search engine, and nearly 75% of searchers start their
searches on Google.
Combine that with the fact that the first three page results on Google get 67% of all clicks, and
you get an idea of why search engine optimization is so important.
While Google guards their search algorithm pretty well and not all of the over 200 determining
factors are public, we did a great job compiling as many of them as possible into one extensive
list & working on that basis.
Now let me know if you have any more questions. I am ready to answer & to start work on your
website.
Thanks,
