TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Payment will be received in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft and Cash In favour of "FAISAL TOWN (PVT) LTD" NTN No. 7243972-7. Cheque will not be accepted
under any circumstances.
(ii) Registration fee Rs. 20,000/- is non-refundable.
(iii) 20% discount will be given in case of full payment
(iv) 14 Installments are payable on quarterly basis (42 Months)
(v) Plot number shall only be allotted/allocated upon receipt of 100% payment of plot(s) priority will be given for Category Plots (Upon clearance of Category Charges).
(vi) All Development Charges are included in the above stated Cost of Plot.
(vii) All the government taxes will be applicable as per prevailing laws.
(viii) Physical Possession of the plot will be given to the allottee/Owner after completion of Development Work and on the receipt of 100% payment along with all other
charges/dues.

POLICY FOR CORNER (CATEGORY) PLOTS


(ix) 5% additional in case of Short Corner, green area, lake, front & back open etc.
(x) 10% additional in case of Proper Corner or Major Road.
(xi) 15% additional in case of Major Road Corner.
