SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR FOGGING MACHINE FOR MISTING IN BARANGAY


PUNTA TABUC, ROXAS CITY

Dear Dr. Lory,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing on behalf of the
Barangay Council of Barangay Punta Tabuc to respectfully request the provision of a fogging
machine for misting purposes to help control the mosquito population in our area.

In recent months, our community has experienced a significant increase in the number of
mosquito-related complaints, leading to concerns about potential outbreaks of mosquito-borne
diseases such as dengue fever, Zika virus, and chikungunya. We believe that conducting regular
fogging and misting operations will greatly reduce the risk of these diseases and contribute to the
overall health and well-being of our residents.

We kindly request your assistance in providing a fogging machine for Barangay Punta
Tabuc, particularly in our Barangay Hall, Day Care Center and Don Francisco Dinglasan
Memorial School (DFDMS). This equipment will enable us to carry out effective misting
operations, especially in areas with high mosquito breeding sites.

We understand the challenges and demands placed on the CDRRMO, and we are
committed to working collaboratively with your office to address this public health concern.
Your support in this matter would be invaluable to our community, and we are confident that
