22 sts x 32 row = 4” (10 cm) Garter st & blocked.

C6R = Place 3 sts on CN, hold in back. Knit 3 sts from left needle, knit 3 sts from CN

Increase Section:

Row 3 (and every 4 rows (this is always the Cable Row in the pattern)): Sl 1, K to 1 st before marker, KFB, SM,
work in pattern to marker, SM, K3.
Row 4: Sl 1, K2, SM, K the knit sts and P the purl sts in the pattern, SM, K to end of row.
Row 5 (and every 4 rows (row without Cable)): Sl 1, K to marker, SM, work in pattern to marker, SM, K3.

Repeat Rows 3-6 until you have completed the Chart Pattern 7 times. (63 sts)

Straight section:
Continue in pattern without increases for 3 more Chart Pattern repeats.
Note: If you want it wider, do more repeats.

Decrease section:
Row 1 (and every 4 rows): Sl 1, K to marker, sM, work in pattern to marker, SM, K3.

Row 2: S1, K2, SM, K the knit sts and p the purl sts in pattern, SM, K to end of row.
Row 3 (and every 4 rows (this is always the Cable Row in the pattern)): Sl 1, K to 2 sts before marker, K2tog,
SM, work in pattern to marker, SM, K3.
Row 4: S1, K2, SM, K the knit sts and p the purl sts in pattern, SM, K to end of row.
Repeat 4 rows until you have completed the Chart Pattern 7 times. (22 sts)

Finishing:
Knit 1 Row as follows: Sl 1, K2tog, K to end of row.
Row 1: Sl 1, K1, SSK, K to end of row.
Row 2: Sl 1, K2, P to last 2 sts, K2
Repeat Rows 1 and 2 until 6 sts remain.
Row 1: Sl 1, K1, K2tog, K to end of row.
Row 2: Sl 1, K to end of row.
Repeat Rows 1 and 2 until 3 sts remain.
BO.
Weave in ends.
Block to desired measurements.
