Estimate 50000 /-
This estimate is prepared with the following provisions
Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils such as red earth, hard stiff clay soil, stiff black
1 cotton soil, hard redearth, shales, murrams, gravel, hard rock not requried blasting etc
complete.,

2 Cement concrete [Link] using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to
site and all labour charges for mixing,laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum.
Brick work in cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five star) using country bricks ground moulded
3 of size 3/4" X4 1/4" X2 1/4"cm. For the following including curing etc., complete complying with
standard specification.
4 Supply and fixing of Precast Slab including cost and conveyance of all charges etc.,

5 Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick. including curing etc., complete complying with standard
specifications and as directed by the departmemtal officers

6 Providing Granolithick Floor finish using [Link] mix using 10-12mm iss metal including cost and
conveyance of all charges etc..,
Supply cost of steel door including all charges etc., complete ,complying with standard

8 Supply cost of Rcc jolly including all charges etc., complete ,complying with standard
specifications

9 Distempering two coats painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat
of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including all

10 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first
class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including all etc..,

11 Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including all charges
etc., complete ,complying with standard specifications

12 Supply and fixing of Rcc cover Slab 900mm dia for leach pit including cost and conveyance of
all charges etc..,

13 Supply and fixing of indian type water closet of size 350mmX300mm of size including cost and
conveyance of all charges etc..,
The current schedule of rates for the year 2024 - 25 are adopted in this estimate. On
sanction this work will be carried out as per standard specifications and relevant circulars given
by higher authorities received from time to time.
