fostering unity, camaraderie, and improved working
relationships to enhance the efficiency and

WHEREAS, team-building activities serve as a vital
tool to strengthen collaboration, improve

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council propose to conduct
a team-building activity in San Fabian, Pangasinan on
March 14-16, 2025, a location deemed conducive for
team-building exercises;
WHEREAS, due to budgetary constraints, the activity
will not engage external speakers or guests but will
instead be led and facilitated by the Punong
Barangay, with the assistance of the Barangay
Secretary and Barangay Treasurer to ensure the
smooth execution of the program;
WHEREAS, the proposed team-building activities
include interactive sessions, team challenges, aimed
at fostering a more cohesive and dynamic team while
adhering to a minimal budget;
will strictly adhere to budgetary allocations, and
proper documentation will be submitted for
