1. Admission and Discharge :


Ensure smooth admission and discharge processes for patients.
2. Bed Management :
Allocate beds to patients, manage bed availability, and optimize bed utilization as per the MD
Sir, MD Mam’s instructions.
3. Insurance and Billing :
Coordinate with insurance manager Mr.Murugavel sir, manage billing, and ensure timely
payment.

 Clinical Responsibilities :

1. Patient Care :
Supervise and coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, vital sign
monitoring, and wound care.
2. Medical Record Management :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient history, diagnosis,
treatment plans, and progress notes.
3. Lab and Diagnostic Test Coordination:
Arrange for lab tests, diagnostic procedures, and other medical services as needed.
4. Medication Management :
Monitor medication administration, and ensure compliance with medication policies.
4. Consultants Management :
Consultant’s coordination for IP, Opinion and OT.

 Interpersonal Responsibilities :

1. Communication with Patients and their Families (Attender) :


Provide emotional support, answer questions, and address concerns of patients and their
families.
2. Collaboration with Healthcare Teams :
Work closely with doctors, IP Ward nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.
4. OT Amount, Surgery Cut Covers, Imaplant Records Maintian:
Daily basis Operation Theatre surgery cases, Implants details, OT Staff’s cases details record
and maintained properly.
 Quality and Safety Responsibilities :

1. Quality Improvement Initiatives:


Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and
implementing changes (especially Infrastructure, Patient needs, Caring, Bed side needs)
2. Safety Protocols :
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including infection control, and emergency
preparedness.

 Other Responsibilities :

1. Staff Supervision :
Supervise and mentor IP Ward staff and House Keeping, Ward Assistants staff.
2. Training and Development :
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
3. Compliance with Policies and Procedures:
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
4. Digital Marketing :
Collect Google review from each and every IP patient.
5. Tele Calling :
After 2, 3 days feedback calls need to dial each and every IP patient.

replacement and inform to Mr.Rohan.
