We are pleased to submit our technical proposal for the Design, Supply and Installation of 270 cubic
meter per day Sewage Treatment Plant using Advance Oxidation Process. The proposed Sewage Treatment Plant
was designed to accommodate 270 cubic meter discharge daily and Compliance to the new parameters DAO 2021-
19
Attached are the Waste Water Treatment Process Flow, Scope of Work, Design Basis, Duration of work,
Warranty, Project Cost and the Terms of Payment for the proposed project.

Project Objective
To Ensure compliance with the pollution prevention requirements of the Department of Environment
and Natural Resources (DENR) and Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) or Environment
Municipal Bureau in the Philippines that domestic waste water shall meet or be better than those set
under DENR Class C Inland Waters, Compliance to the new DAO - 2021 - 19. Listed below are the Effluent
Standards, Water Quality Guidelines and General Effluent Standards of 2016 for Class C Inland Waters.
Treatment Advantages:
1. Compliance to the new DAO - 2021 - 19
2. Design Flexibility / Upgradeable
3. Small equipment area requirements.
4. Low Maintenance.
5. Easy to operate.
6. Minimal Sludge Production.
7. No introduction of ENZYME & BACTERIA on its treatment.
None ELECTRO-COAGULATION ( cost of HIGH ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION)

Treatment Process
1. Sewer Influent will be collected at the collecting tank and will be digested at the anaerobic tank.
2. Bar Screening Manual removal of larger solids.
3. Lift Station Lifts wastewater from lower level to higher level.
4. Equalization The influent will be collected at the Equalization Tank which will serve as a buffer of the
Tank whole system. It has diffusers at the bottom for pre-aeration. This process is conducted
in order to add oxygen, helps freshen the wastewater, and mixes it to keep the solids in
suspension.
5. Aeration Tank Aeration process will be conducted in order:
1. To obtain a greater removal of suspended solids in sedimentation tanks.
2. To assist in the removal of grease and oil carried in the wastewater.
3. To freshen up septic wastewater prior to further treatment.
4. BOD reduction
6. Advance In this stage the influent will now undergo advance Oxidation. Wherein the air coming
Oxidation from the Air compressors (is a device that converts power into potential energy to
Generators produce pressurized air) will pass thru Advance Oxidation Generators to convert air into
O3 and will be distributed in line by a fine bubble diffusers with Vortex Tower (The energy
of the vortex is a force that improves the quality of water. Making a swirl effect helps to
remove contaminants in the water.).
Advance Oxidation Generators - is a device that turns regular air into ozone, which is
capable of removing contaminants in air and water and also treats industrial waste.
Advantages of using Ozone Generators for Water Treatment
a) Inactivation of viruses.
b) Can be used for pesticide removal in water.
c) Ozone acts as an effective deodorizer and will eliminate unpleasant odors from
the treated water.
d) There is no re-growth of microorganism when using ozone disinfection.
e) The treatment process does not add chemicals to water.
f) Chemical water treatment leaves long term chemical effects on environment,
some of which are negative. Ozone does not.
g) Unlike chlorine, ozone leaves no harmful chlorinated by-products in the water.
Ozone quickly reverts back to pure oxygen if unused.
h) Ozone oxidation reactions take place several thousand times faster than those
of chlorine and other chemicals for destruction of bacteria, viruses, yeast,
molds, cysts, mildew, and most other organic and inorganic contaminants.
i) Ozone is generated on site and does not require storage.
j) You cannot overdose with ozone as unused ozone escapes out of the water and
reverts to oxygen
k) Ozone in appropriate doses can treat all water borne pathogens.
l) Ozone oxidizes and destroys oils and other contaminants in water.
i) Ozone acts as a micro-flocculent, aiding in the removal of minerals such as iron
and manganese.
7. Reflux Tank In-fluent will now be at Reflux tank, this tank will serve as a collecting tank before
subjecting to the filtration process.
8. UV Light In-fluent will now pass thru the UV lights.
UV Lights – is electromagnetic radiation with wavelength from 10nanometer to
400nanometer, shorter than visible light but longer than X-rays. It is used to kill or
inactive microorganism by destroying nucleic acids and disrupting their DNA, leaving
them unable to perform vital cellular functions. It produces strong enough UV-C light in
circulating water system to make them inhospitable environment to microorganisms such
as bacteria, viruses, molds and other pathogens.
9. Filtration Effluent will now be subjected to Filtration with the use of centrifugal pumps. This
purifies water using semi permeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger
particles from the water.
10. Chlorine In-fluent will now be at disinfection tank. Chlorine will be added to disinfect the
Contact Tank wastewater. On this tank centrifugal pumps will move again to Filtration.
11. Motor Control The above is controlled by Motor Control Panel system and float switches which are
Panel placed at a certain water level.
12. Discharge ➢ Continues discharge.
Can accommodate up to 270 cubic meter per day.
