Description
A U.S.-based company that develops mobile commerce apps, managed services, and
enterprise-level eCommerce portals for customers, is looking for a Salesforce
Developer. The developer will be in charge of creating, establishing, improving, and
maintaining a website for B2C commerce. The company uses well-known platforms
to construct eCommerce storefronts that are focused on conversions, thereby
helping businesses to grow more efficiently. This position requires at least 8 hours of
overlap with the EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:
 Establish performance objectives, carry out frequent performance reviews,
and mentor team members
 Provide technical support to the support staff, helping with complicated
technical problems and escalations
 Keep abreast of the most recent Salesforce features and products to
effectively lead the team
 Supervise the handling of intricate technological problems, guaranteeing
prompt and efficient resolutions

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent
experience)
 At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer

 3-5+ years of experience working with SFDC, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce


Lightning
 Solid understanding of SFCC B2C Commerce, jQuery, and Bootstrap

 3+ years of CSS3, HTML5, and Lightning Web experience

 Proven expertise in code repositories, release management, and continuous


integration
 Vast expertise in integrating payment, OMS, CRM, CMS, and WMS systems
through APIs and third-party system interfaces (SOAP/REST)
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
