1 Check the material is as per approved material
Check the pipes & fitting received at site are new and free

from any damages
Check drawing used for above ground GI piping and

underground HDPE piping is approved.
Check the threaded joints for pipe & fittings sizes 2” and

below
4 Check the grooved joints for pipe & fittings sizes above 2”
Check pipe supporting is done as per approved drawing and
5
proper spacing maintained.
Check the pipe route, location from grid and elevation/level
6
are as per approved drawing.
Check installed pipe size / schedule are as per approved
7
drawing.
Check proper sleeves are provided in wall crossing and pipe
8
is not supported directly on wall.
Check entire pipe installation free from any damage &
9
misalignment.
Check all threaded & grooved ends are installed & tightened
11
properly.
12 Ensure joints & supports free from visual defects.
13 Check firefighting pipes are aligned properly.
Ensure RAL 7042 painting is done for the supports and
14
identification labelling pasted around the fire pipes
Check the pipe are passing through the sleeve as per
15
approved fire sealant application system.
16 Check the sleeves used are specified and approved.
Check all sprinkler heads are installed as per approved
17
drawings and specifications.
Check all sprinkler, valves and accessories are installed at
18 location in coordination with site requirement with out
deviating from specification and approved details.
Valves & accessories are provided and are as approved
19
installation arrangement
Check necessary supports has been provided near to
20
equipment valve package arrangement
21 Check water flow is clear of debris during flushing operation
Check for leakage in all joints and pressure drop during
21
pressure testing.
Check the proper pipe identification labelling is done as
22
required.
