The guidelines that should be followed :

Context

We recommend that you take notes to avoid too much back-and-forth navigation
between questions.

Objective

Each main question will give you a query and several potential responses to the
query.

Choose the better output for the query based on the considerations listed below.
Then, for each output, select which issues are present.

Considerations ordered from most important to least important:

 User intent
 Factuality
 Logicality
 Presentation (e.g. word count, formatting, grammar, syntax, etc.)

Notes:

When evaluating the outputs, be sure to apply the above considerations in their
order of importance to decide which output is best.

It is possible for none of the outputs to be ideal. You should still choose the best
one overall, and then in follow up questions you'll be asked to select the issues for
each
