🔁 Pre-Trade Routine

Do I have a clear signal or setup for this trade?

Is this trade aligned with my written trading plan?
Is the market environment ideal (e.g., not low-volume or a holiday)?
Have I set my stop-loss and profit target in advance?
Am I feeling calm, focused, and free of pressure to trade?

📊 Trade Management Rules

Use a stop order on every trade.
After 3 losing trades in one day → Stop trading for the day.
If trade gains 100+ points → Move stop to break-even.
If price shows warning signs → Be flexible, not hopeful.
Don’t add to losing positions (no "double down").
Only trade if it fits my rules. No gut feel or "taking a shot."
Avoid trading if market is choppy, thin, or holiday-volume.
Act immediately when a valid opportunity appears (flawless execution).
Avoid revenge trades or trying to “win it back.”

🧠 Mindset Maintenance
Am I acting in my own best interest?
Do I deserve to make money from this trade?
Am I trading to win, or to avoid losing?
Is my goal for the day/week clear and realistic?
Will I be okay walking away if this trade doesn’t work out?
Did I just learn something, even from a loss?
